Hello potential members.
As we have only recently opened we haven't had many
requests for support so our Knowledge Base and FAQ pages are empty. But,
inevitably, we may receive many questions which are the same and so we'll be
adding these with their answers to our Knowledge Base and FAQ pages in the near
future.
If You have any problems or
issues regarding your membership or our membership site, please check our
FAQ page or our "Knowledge Base"
within our Support Desk first as your query may have been raised previously.
If you cannot find an answer to your issue on our FAQ page
or in our Knowledge Base, then please
raise a support ticket.
If it is your first time, you will need to click the
link that says 'Register at HelpDesk', enter a Username and Password,
which you'll need to make-up,
plus your full contact details (Please ensure you use an email address you visit
regularly) as you will be sent a 'Ticket Number' with a link back to
the Support Desk via an email, you will also
receive updates to your ticket via further emails.
Please make
sure you take a separate note of your "Ticket Number" this is how your
query is identified, without it you won't be able to log back into the Support
desk to receive your answer.
Please be descriptive by putting as much detail about your
issue in the Subject Line and the message body as possible, it will save us
both a great deal of time by being able to answer your problem without having
to keep asking questions so that we can identify your issue before answering it.
You can use the details within the emails to log-in at the Support Desk, where
you will be able to get updates, you will also be able to continue
communications until your problem has been solved and your support ticket has been closed.
We will endeavor to answer your ticket within 24hrs!
